Wednesday November 4th, both GHOST KNIFE and BUM OUT (formerly Come And Take It) will be playing at Beerland along with everyones favorite NY punk duo SHELLSHAG as well as STRANGE WILDS, from Olympia WA. Get on it - this will be a good one.

The schedule for this years Fun Fun Fun Fest NITES shows were announced today, and none other than WET LUNGS are playing their first show in a few years! Sunday November 8th will see the band along with friends Burnt Skull and Fuck Work gracing the Beerland stage, essentially closing out the damn fest. Stoked!

Despite the fact that we're not included on the above poster, Twistworthy Records will be part of the first annual Austin Record Label Flea Market, this Saturday June 20th at Mohawk in Austin! I'll have almost all of my releases available in limited quantities - even the long out of print ones. I'll also be bringing remnants of my record distro that I did 20+ years ago, and I will also have both current and back issues of Razorcake (of which I am a current contributor) which i'll be giving away for free.
Admission is free! It starts at 5pm and goes until... whenever? Some bands are playing later, too. Should be fun!
The label officially started in 1994 with a cassette release, but it wasn't until the Trigger Quintet 7" came out in May of 1995 that Twistworthy Records was actually realized as a label. Holy shit, that was 20 years ago!
With this news, I wanted to make the 20th year of Twistworthy Records a special one. So, let's talk about some upcoming releases!
